Linzie

Our Office Manager, Linzie began in internal medicine before becoming trained in orthopedic medicine, both lower and upper extremities. Her skills have helped Coastline grow, due to her expertise in reception and helping process prior authorizations and disability submissions in the back office. Now, she schedules surgery and manages the reception of our guests, to make sure all are welcomed like family.

Hailing from Laotian and Native American (Siletz) backgrounds, Linzie grew up in a very dynamic environment, which meshed well with her outgoing personality and enthusiasm. Linzie and her family are huge Oregon Duck fans, Linzie loves being physically active, fashionable, and helpful at her kids’ school.


Kailie

Kailie has added so much happiness to the office since she started. Kailie grew up in Dallas and is a Dragon thru and thru. Kailie is attending Western Oregon University and is graduating in Exercise Science she plans on being an Occupational Therapist. She is one of the 3 happy faces you see as soon as you walk into the office. She loves everyting Disney and wants to be a Disney Princess when she grows up.  She loves working out, and wine with friends.


Hannah

If you’ve been into Coastline Foot and Ankle Center since May 2018, you know Hannah!

An Oregon native, Hannah grew up in Stayton with her huge family and graduated from Stayton High School. A jock at heart, she spent her college years playing basketball at Mt. Hood Community College and soccer at Chemeketa Community College.

Outside of her work-life, Hannah spends her time planning for her 2019 wedding. She loves interior decorating, and scours Goodwill for treasures that she can resourcefully reuse for decorating others’ rooms.


Alese

Alese joined Coastline Foot and Ankle Center in May 2016 as a receptionist and now runs our brand new Shoe Store with her welcoming smile and bubbly

personality. Alese joins our staff with six year background specializing in customer service. Her hope is to make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied with their care.

Alese was born and raised in Salem Oregon. During any down time you can find Alese chasing her two nephews, being physically active, and taking her dog Lucy to the dog park. With her background in cheer and dance, she loves to choreograph routines and coach.


Amy

 

For more than six years, Amy has been specializing in helping Coastline’s diabetic patients. She’s a registered nurse and has nearly a decade of Intensive Care experience, and also helps out at an outpatient surgery center, scrubbing and circulating in the operating room. Amy loves the connection she has with each and every one of her patients, and finds it to be a special privilege to help them stay healthy.

Born and raised on the Willamette River, Amy and her family (which includes six children between ages 10 and 20) love to waterski as much as they can. She’s always cheering for someone from the sidelines of a soccer, basketball, or lacrosse game, or a wrestling match.


Marti

Marti joined Coastline Foot and Ankle Center in July of 2015. She finished her Medical Assistant training in 2011 and is nationally certified through the NCCT and the AAMA.  She has worked for several different specialty care clinics such as chiropractic, psychiatric, rheumatology and some primary care prior to joining Coastline Foot and Ankle.  Marti is the jack of all trades here at Coastline. Marti runs the medical assistant schedule. Marti is our “Master Caster”and occasionally you will even find her patching up dry wall or repairing the knee scooters in her spare time.

Marti was born and raised in Oregon.  She spends her spare time attending school and with her family while attending George Fox University. She is currently working on completing her bachelors degree in health administration. She enjoys big projects and loves to be outdoors hiking, fishing and camping with her husband and their two sons.


Leann

Leann, Dr. Berg’s medical assistant since March 2018, is the total package: speedy, sweet and always a treat to be around.

Leann trained as a Medical Assistant at the Institute of Technology and obtained her NCCT certification in 2017.

She lives in Salem and loves chasing around her 3 wondering children. She enjoys running. She is the calm rock in the storm of Coastline.


Elizabeth

Elizabeth, or Eli as we call her, previously worked at Salem Hospital before joining Coastline Foot and Ankle Center in September 2018 as Dr. Scott’s medical scribe.

Born and raised right here in Salem, Oregon, she graduated from South Salem High School. Afterward, she attended Portland State University where she graduated with a degree in Health Studies and Health Sciences. Her next goal in life is to become a physician and is currently applying to medical schools.

Outside of work, Eli has seven lovely dogs and can often be found outside on pack walks.


Desaree

Desaree joined our team as our one-and-only billing specialist in April 2018. Warm yet professional, She’s the one to call when you’ve got a billing question.

Growing-up the child of a Navy seaman, Desaree has lived all over the US. After graduating high school in Idaho Falls, Idaho, she came to Oregon to attend college at Oregon State University. She married her husband, Alex, and graduated from OSU in 2005 with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Aside from taking care of her chickens, cats, and dog on her little Salem homestead, she loves training in Brazilian Jui Jitsu and creating with yarn.


Maura

Maura, a Salem native, acts as both a medical assistant and transcriptionist at Coastline Foot and Ankle Center. She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s in Spanish and additional focus in pre-physician assistant studies. Maura intends to use her language skills along with her science skills to become a versatile physician assistant in the future. At Coastline, she’s gained a tremendous amount of hands-on patient experience, and has established meaningful relationships with patients and co-workers.

Along with her black lab, Seamus, Maura can often be found exploring Oregon. When not outside or watching Blazers, Mariners, or Seahawks games, she plays and records music with any one of her four instruments.
